CRM trainer refresher

The training is dedicated to experienced CRM trainers who must comply with EASA regulations and complete refresher training once every three years. It is also for those who need inspiration for new trainers’ methodologies and exercises and who need to grow their facilitator skills. The training is delivered in full compliance with EASA requirements.

In-house training sessions are delivered either in the Warsaw office (at the Crew Connect headquarters) or at your selected facility. During the online training, trainers will gain the metaperspective of facilitating online sessions.

Team coaching

A team coaching process may help establish stronger cooperation rules and equip your team with effective tools for resolving disputes and tackling challenges. This process helps build a shared understanding, improve communication, and develop strategies for overcoming obstacles, creating a more cohesive and high-performing team environment.

Our team coaching programs follow ICF standards and require a minimum of 3 sessions to achieve meaningful progress. The optimal range is 6 to 7 sessions spread over 6 months. This timeline allows for sustained development, giving the team time to apply new insights, practice new skills, and experience lasting change through ongoing support and reflection.

For the best experience, we recommend holding the first and last sessions in-house, which allows for deeper engagement and personal connection. The middle sessions can be conducted online for flexibility and convenience. This blended approach supports continuous development while balancing the team’s time and resources.

Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) support

In aviation, critical incidents can occur unexpectedly. Situations perceived as threatening, intensely stressful, and sometimes even traumatic often impact one’s ability to function daily. From events like severe turbulence or aggressive passengers to more extreme scenarios such as emergency evacuations, death, or a bomb threat on board, these experiences can leave lasting effects.

The stress doesn’t simply end when you safely touch down. And while psychologists offer valuable insights, they may not fully grasp the unique, high-stakes work environment that aviation professionals face.

Dedicated workshops for aviation crew:

  • Coaching as an element of feedback – how to have more impact when sharing feedback? The 6-hour interactive workshop focuses on adjusting the feedback style to the situation and the receiver.
  • Diversity and Inclusion in Aviation – how do we deal with aviation’s cultural and generational differences? This interactive workshop will introduce the perspective of cultural competence and equip you with reflections on your culture/generation and how others may perceive it. The 8-hour workshop can be divided into two days.
  • Conflict management for leaders – how do you intervene when your team members are conflicting? The workshop will equip you with some strategies for that occasion.
  • Insights Discovery workshop – how can you be yourself and face different personalities? The 8-hour workshop is filled with interactive exercises, where participants are equipped with personal reports generated after using the Insights Discovery questionnaire. Best for teams or groups where participants know each other.
  • Clifton Strengths workshop – is your team demotivated or disengaged? With this dedicated 6-hour seminar, you can help them discover their unique set of talents.
